Our Story
After 25 years in the corporate world, our Founder Jyoti Das set out to become a full-time entrepreneur in 2016. During this time as a startup founder and working with other entrepreneurs to grow early-stage startups, he saw a serious lack of good marketing resources in the Sacramento region. It was not just the lack of a proven framework for growth but also the skill pool. That planted the seed, from which Avantaze was born.
In 2019, Jyoti joined forces with his friend Anand Padhye, who has extensive experience in driving enterprise solutions and large programs for the Big 4 and other consulting companies. To form Avantaze, Jyoti and Anand pulled together a team with diverse backgrounds to cover all aspects of Growth Marketing. Our Growth consulting team consists of Aditi, Alukika, Joshua, and Sapraj, with Anand making sure we deliver the projects smoothly, and Jyoti, who trained us on this methodology and framework, provides us guidance from time to time.
We are supported by the creative and technical services team, who are contract-resources but working with us on most of our projects. As growth consultants, we are experienced in the 6 most critical areas of Growth marketing and how to establish the Engine to drive rapid experimentation and growth. Besides that, we also have deeper focus areas of our own, like email marketing or Digital/Search/Social or demand gen, or an industry domain etc. We act as domain experts to each other's projects depending on the type of venture and needs of the projects.
In all our projects, we work in a blended team of client team members and contract resources and become an integral part of the client's growth team.
